On Monday, May 16th, 2022, the WIMCO Charitable Foundation of Washington, NC, hosted their 4th annual charitable golf tournament at Brook Valley Country Club in Greenville, NC.

With the help of subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners, The WIMCO Charitable Foundation, raised a total of $75,000.00 for local charities that are impacting lives in Eastern, NC. The charities included Aces for Autism of Greenville, NC, Combat Warriors of NC and The Kelly Children’s Home of Washington, NC.

“It was an incredible event this year, and we are so thankful for all of the sponsors that came together to make this day happen” said Kevin Rawls, CEO and President of WIMCO Corp and President of the WIMCO Charitable Foundation.

An additional $4,200.00 was raised from day-of sales which is being donated to Bright Futures and Daughters for Dads of Beaufort County.

This years opening remarks included an incredible entrance from the Special Forces Parachute Team.

The WIMCO Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, that was established in late 2020.

The mission of the WIMCO Charitable Foundation is to uncover needs in the community and help fill those needs, both financially and through construction endeavors, in hopes of bringing hope and joy to our neighbors.
