WIMCO Corp. is proud to announce we have been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) by Johnston County Public Schools for the Cooper Academy Elementary School Additions project!

Last week we celebrated the kick-off of construction with an official groundbreaking ceremony, an occasion that marks the beginning of an exciting journey to enhance the school’s facilities and provide even better learning spaces for the students of Clayton, NC.

An additional 39,000 square feet will be added to the campus providing 20 new classrooms.
